The nephew of Brazil manager Luiz Felipe Scolari has reportedly been killed in a car accident just two days before the start of the World Cup. The host nation are due to kick off the tournament on Thursday night as they take on Croatia at the Arena Corinthians in Sao Paulo. However, their preparations have now reportedly taken a tragic turn with the death of Scolari’s family member. The 65-year-old, who guided Brazil to success in the 2002 World Cup during his first spell in charge of the national team, is understood to be considering leaving the camp to be with his family. The Selecao, who will begin the tournament as favourites to lift the trophy for a record sixth time, also take on Mexico and Cameroon in Group A
